With January coming to an end I thought I would share products I have been loving!

Nars Larger than life Volumising mascara

Its no secret I love Nars products as they never dissapoint lol

I love this mascara,it separates lashes,thickens and coats them in a rich deep intense black pigment. This

mascara stays put all day on me,doesnt smudge,transfer or flake. It holds curled lashes like nobody's business. My lashes look and stay fuller. This mascara is enriched with Vitamin E and Macadamia nut oil to keep lashes soft and healthy. It is fragrance free and safe for contact wearers. One thing I have to say though is that you need to really have a good eye makeup remover as this is a pain to remove seriously,I use either Nars eye makeup remover or the one from Simple to take it off

Miss Dior Cherie Eau De Parfum 50ml

Hands down my all time favourite scent call it it my signature scent if you may please. This perfume is very sweet,fruity and lovely.Not only does it smell fantastic but it lasts all day on me. The bottle is very cute. Although it comes with a whopping price tag it definitely is worth every penny I dont mind splurging on this at any moment

NYX Megashine lipgloss in African Queen

By now you should know I love bright and bold lip colours. African Queen lipgloss is a bright fuchia gloss with lots of purple and pink tilts to it. The lipgloss is very affordable,glides on easily,its so smooth and creamy. The lipgloss is also non sticky but has a light cherry scent that will fade as the day goes by. I really love this lipgloss,if you are into bright pink and sexy lip colours then you will love this. I think it will look beautiful on many skintones

Radox Nourish Bath Therapy

Hands up if you dont like shower gel and bath foams that smells delish. There is nothing more I love than looking forward to having a bath with a shower/bath creme that smells divine!This one contains sheer butter and ginger and smells very feminine. The fragrance is vanilla sweet scent that everytime Im tempted to drink it haha but dont you worry I have never tried hehe. This bath soak leaves your body and bathrroom with a beautiful scent. My skin feels soft and supple after use,i love it!

Organic Root Stimulator Jojoba Oil

Having natural afro hair can be a pain in the butt sometimes especially when it comes to combing the hair and straightening it. Sometimes I end up having a headache trying to straighten hair ends and managing it lol but thank goodness for those products created to make our life hassle free. Organic Root Stimulator blends natures finest Jojoba oil with other essential oils like Coconut oil,Castor oil and soybean oil to restore moisture and incredible shine. Enriched with Vitamin E which strebgthens the hair,Jojoba oil is excellent for maintaning healthy looking hair. This is definitely a staple for my hair now,it gives my hair a healthy shine,softens the hair making it easy for blow drying,hair straightening and combing hair much easier,I cant do without this product anymore

Soap and Glory Peaches and Clean 4 in 1 Wash Off Deep Cleansing Milk Review

About 2months ago I purchased the Soap and Glory Peaches and Clean 4 in 1 cleansing milk used it for over a month and think its about time I put my 2cents in lol

Product Claims

To purify,energize and melt away makeup

Ingredients

*Includes Quillaja Park which is a gentle natural soap

*Includes Jojoba Oil an emoilent skin  softener

*Detoxy boost Technology to help purify and deep clean

*Pore shrink R2 for a clearer,fresher,brighter complexion

I love the packaging which is very hygenic in the sense that it comes with a pump making it easier to control how much you want to use

How to use

Pump a small amount into the palm of your hand,massage onto you cheeks and all over your face rubbing double on any trouble spots,oily forehead,nose,chin to maximise the actives. Rinse off with water.

If after a long day at work or night out and dont want the hassle of using wipes etc to take off your makeup just pump a moderate amount onto your hands and apply directly to your makeup. This stuff will melt your makeup like nobody's business. Just rinse off with water afterwards,pat dry,apply your night moisturiser and or serum

My experiences

I have dry/normal combination skin which is also sensitive. This stuff left my face clean and so soft without drying. However I noticed it gace me a little rash on my cheeks just after cleansing but it did disappear after a while. It did remove makeup and left skin looking fresher and brighter

Cons

This cleanser has a heavy scent of peaches so if you are allergic to peaches or hate the smell of peaches dont buy this

If you have skin like mine*sensitive to fragranced cleanser* this may not be suitable as it will irritate your skin

This may not be widely available to everyone depending on where you live

Pros

*Comes in a pump bottle which is hygenic in my opinion

*Reasonably priced

*Does what it says

*Removes makeup&cleanses

Overall

This is a good cleanser apart from giving me minor rashes

Would recommend to those who like cream/milk based cleansers

This stuff not only removes  makeup but cleanses the skin

If you have sensitive skin maybe stay clear off this cleanser

Totally Teal Nails!

This weeks nail polish is from No 7 Brand from Boots. The shade is called Totally teal. I applied 2coats with a base coat underneath. The colour is gorgeous and it dried pretty fast.

Smashbox Double Exposure Lip and Cheek colour

I stumbled across Smashbox Double exposure lip and cheek colour in my collex the other day and remember just how I love it! This is supposed to bring an instant flush to your lips and cheeks. It is also stated as suitable for all skintones

The shade that I have is called Double time which is a bright rosy pink colour

It wears well on both lips and cheeks. I prefer wearing it on the cheeks more as it tends to be a tad bit drying on the lips but you can always apply a lip balm before  you put this on

This instantly gives a touch of colour perfect for everyday. On the cheeks it gives a rosy radiant glow

The name of the shade is written underneath

The shade double time is so pretty do u agree

The formula is quite creamy and easy to blend. The pigmentation is very sheer but you can built it up

The packaging is portable pot which is perfect to carry in your makeup bag.

I think this would look beautiful on most skintones

Today we are going to talk about my favourite drugstore lipsticks from Rimmel! I have always been a massive fan of Rimmel products from when I started  venturing into makeup in my early teens.

My second fave is Rose passion a great red which is not too loud and Coral queen perfect for Spring and summer seasons

Simple Radiance Brightening Cleansing wipes

Simple Radiance Brightening wipes are a perfect blend of active ingreadients and mango goodness to cleanse exfoliate and remove impurities. Perfect for sensitive skin

These wipes contain Mango extract which hydrates and refines skintone


They contain Bisabolol which soothes and calms


Also contain  Glycerin which hydrates and nourishes




These wipes have no alcohol,no oil,no perfume and no colour






Here is why I love them
I always use facial wipes as the first step of removing makeup before using cleansers etc to ensure that all dirt is removed. I love using these wipes beacuse they are so gentle on the skin and even on eyes. I use them mostly to remove makeup but every now and again I use them to refresh my face as well. With continued use I have noticed that my skin looks more healthy and brighter. They do smell nice and although Simple says they contain mango,you cant even pick up any mango scent in them. They do remove all traces of makeup without irritating the skin. Normally one wipe is enough for the whole face as I use eye makeup remover for the eyes. Just to mention my skin is sensitive,have dry skin,oily t-zone but these have never irritated me from day 1. The wipes are non drying and non greasy.






I really love these wipes,I will continue to buy them as they help in improving
the texture and appearance of my skin

Mac 217 Blending Eyeshadow Brush Review

Hello My Lovelies,How are we all doing???


What Mac Says obout the 217:
For shading or blending of colour or creamy products. This brush has fine densely packed fibres that are arranged in an oval shape

I keep mine in its original packaging lol

After all the hype surrounding the Mac 217 brush I had to purchase it and see what's the fuss was about.This is my only eyeshadow brush from Mac and its my absolute fave eyeshadow brush. Although this is meant to be a blending brush I use it for applying shadows,packing colour and blending.The bristles are really soft,I have had mine for almost ayear now and I really love it.

Pros

The 217 can be used to multitask for shadow application,blending&packing colour Although I wash mine at least once a week,Im pleased to say I didnt experience any shedding with this brush

Cons

Price is a bit expensive for a single eyeshadow brush

Numbers do disappear after a while

Overall

I recommend this brush to everyone

I would buy again,its worth the hype and its a staple for every makeup lover

MUFE HD Foundation -my shade is 173(amber) this is a great foundation which looks natural and covers imperfections It offers medium to full coverage yet it feels so light and doesnt cake on me. Another plus is it does not oxidise and it photographs well,loving it x




Christian Dior 5Colour Palette- great colours perfect for everyday wear,eyeshadows blend easily and lasts all day. The eyeshadows are so pretty&pigmented.



Chanel No5 50ml edt spray -                                                                                                                                                    isdistinctive feminine scent with Top notes of ylang ylang,neroli and aldehydes
 and midnotes of jasmine and may rose. The only negative thing I have to say is that it doesnt last long as it is a Eau de Toilette,so have had to be reapplying every 4-5 hours as the aroma tends to fade.
*I would recommend buying the Eau De Parfum instead due to staying power*




Mac Up the Amp lipstick
An amplified creme lipstick from Mac. Its a pretty purple colour with a creamy consistency and is not drying. Has great staying power. The texture is smooth and this lippy would suit most skintones




Barry M blusher shade #4 (Rasberry) - A bright magenta pink powder blush which is nicely pigmented,long lasting and with a cute packaging. Really affordable as well at £4.59 from Superdrug/Boots




2True Liquid eyeliner-
£1.99 from Superdrug this has a great tapered blush which makes it easies to apply liquid liner. This liner dries fast but stays put all day. It is also very pigmented and doesnt smudge at all




Studs £2.99 from Internacionale
Been wearing these cuties all November and December. I am a massive fan of  big/huge earrings but lately I been keeping it simple with these studs
