Colourpop Ultra Matte lip in Beeper 💄💋

Two posts in a week 🙀yay! Lol I feel like I have achieved so much hahaha!! Anyway so have really been into Colourpop Ultra matte lips lately and one of my favourites is Beeper!  Beeper is described as a Warm Mid Tone TAupe. It's a muted, medium dark rosy brown with subtle warm undertones but with a flat matte finish. Pigmentation is great . It lasted a good 6-7 hours on me before I could reapply. Closest shade to this is Mac Velvet Teddy or Charlotte Tilbury Very Victoria in case you can't get hold of Colourpop. I wish Colourpop can start shipping to the UK or open an online store for us! sigh!!!

Lipstick loving: Mac Retro Matte Lipstick Relentlessly Red💄

Hello My Lovelies!

How have y'all been? It's been a while I put up a post but please do forgive me.my busy schedule won't allow me to post regularly. I do have a lot of makeup looks and a haul posts coming up shortly as I have purchased quite a number of skincare products and makeup since the last post

Anyways I have been loving this Retro Matte Lipstick from Mac by the name Relentlessly Red. The staying power is amazing and although it's a retro matte it isn't drying on my lips at all

Relentlessly Red is described as a bright pinkish coral matte but on me it pulls of as a dark coral red that is almost neon. I absolutely love the shade, it's unique and I have nothing like it in my collection.

Mini Black|Up Haul, Review and a FOTD!

during the festive holidays. 

I been meaning to try Black|Up Cosmetics for a while so whilst in Croydon I popped over by their counter in Debenhams. There was lots of products I wanted to purchase but I limited myself to two because I have never bought anything from the brand before. What I really loved is that this brand focuses on women of colour. As a woc myself I have problems finding the right foundation. Some foundations are either too red, too orange or oxidise as the day goes by.

I am happy with the products I purchased and I will definitely go back to their counter for other item I want to try such as the Two Way Cake, Matte primer, Fluid foundation ,lip lacquers , illuminator and the contour stick

Black|Up Full Coverage Cream Foundation 

Dark spots, scars, flaws and blemishes… This new foundation hides the most severe imperfections to create a flawless complexion without caking.

I was matched to shade HC07 but I think I have to go up a shade during winter. The texture of the foundation is thick and creamy but it blends smoothly. The finish is beautiful and flawless. I have combination skin leaning towards oily it lasts throughout the day. I wore it for about 12hrs and only blotted my t-zone once. Although it is oil free I advise that you use primer and a setting powder especially  if you Have oily skin.One thing I did observe was that the foundation transfers, I had migraine around noon and decided to take a 2hour nap , when I woke up the foundation had rubbed off onto my hand and cushion I lay my head on though it was still on my face

Overall I think this is a very good foundation if you prefer full coverage foundations. It photographs well

It did not clog my pores or break me out. It feels very light on the skin. I will definitely repurchase it ❤️

 

Black|Up Paris Lip Lacquer shade VL06
A true UFO on planet make-up that combines all the advantages of lipstick and lip gloss. Fusion between intense color and extreme shine, lips are outrageously lacquered and sophisticated for a never seen before make-up result. Its creamy texture provides perfect coverage in one step, even on the darkest lips. The color is ultra pure and very intense with 10 gorgeous and unique shades saturated in pigments.

I bought the shade VL06 which is a blue based violet . It is so pretty and it reminds me of Mac Heroine lipstick.  The lip lacquer is glossy but highly pigmented.  It is non sticky and doesn't leave me with white gunk around my lips. Lasting power is about 4hours before you have to reapply but as it fades it leaves the most gorgeous tint. I love this Lip lacquer and I shall be buying more shades.

Last week I  passed through Nars counter In London Selfridges and as usual I couldn't leave there empty handed lol 

Nars Cosmetics Highlighting Powder Blush in Albatross

I been meaning to get this for ages but was stuck on my Nars orgasm illuminator for a while.  Albatross is a white powder loaded with shimmer, the multipurpose blusher is ideal for adding a highlight to your face, neck and décolletage 

- The soft shimmering colour adds instant radiance to my complexion, it can be worn on its own or layered over other color products for added highlight and dimension

- It is white but once swatched on my hand or cheekbone it gives me a golden glow which I really love❤️

Nars Audacious Lipstick in Angela

How have y'all been?

Just a quick post to share few bits I bought from Dior over a month ago. I really love Dior as a brand and I think their products are beautiful and classy. When going to work, church or even special occasions I always feel sophisticated with my Dior products. My most favourite item(s) is J'adore perfume it's a beautiful fragrance

I could go on all day about my love for Dior lol but let's get on to the products I bought

Dior Pure Poison Eau de Parfum 

Once upon a time there was a fragrance that was innocent yet captivating , sincere yet mysterious . Diorskin Nude - Natural Glow Radiant Foundation SPF15 £32.00

- This foundation is beautiful and feels very light whilst giving skin a healthy glow. I was matched in the shade 050 (Dark Beige) for reference I'm like an NC47 in Mac jus a tad darker than nc45 , nc50 is too dark. I'm a Beige Praline shade 10 in Lancome foundations.

- This is my second Dior Addict Fluid stick and I really love them. They have wide variety of shades to choose from and I like that they are long lasting and non sticky. I plan to get a few more soon lol

- The shade I bought is called #338 Mirage it's a pretty nude peachy colour perfect for everyday use❤️

Sorry bout the lighting lol but I'm wearing Dior nude natural glow radiant foundation #050 and I'm also-wearing Dior addict fluid stick in #338 Mirage in the above picture, I lined my lips with a brown Maybelline lip liner sorry forgot shade.

- I used Estée Lauder double wear concealer 05  under my eyes , L'oreal organza gel liner and Benefit They're real mascara.

FOTD - Dior Addict Fluid Stick #753

Hello Lovelies!

I'm not even gon bother you loves with excuses and apologies today lol but here is a makeup look from a while ago 

I'm beginning to love red lip colours more hehehe! This fluid stick from Dior is just beautiful , glossy and long lasting. I love it❤️
