Review:Skintopia Skin Belief Face Serum

I was recently sent a sample of Skintopia Skin Belief Serum which claims to revitalise ageing skin and reduce fine lines and under eye shadows

Being a mid twenty something Im not exactly battling wrinkles at this stage but being the beauty lover  that I am  I just thought the serum would benefit my skin somehow.

Skin Belief Serum is a Universal serum from Skintopia that will revitalise your ageing skin

The serum contains Centella Asiatica Extract which will reduce the fine lines, wrinkles and under eye shadows

By using Gamma (Aminobutyric Acid) GABA it reduces the effect of ageing, this is done by mimicking Botox acting as a safe muscle relaxant. Apremium bottle at an affordable price

This will smooth out any lines capturing your youthful looking contours and leaving your skin feeling soft, revitalised and rejuvenated.

Usage
The serum should be used once or twice a day after cleansing and before moisturising. A small amount of serum should be massaged into the skin concentrating around the eye area but avoiding contact with the eyes. For me personally I found it too strong for my normal combo skin which can be sensitive at times so I apply it just once at night time

Texture
The serum is light and you only need a small amount. It glides smoothly onto the skin and is easily absorbed. It leaves an almost matte look without the greasiness of some serums I have tried. Skin Belief has a refreshing fragrance that isnt too overpowering but it does tingle on your skin as you apply it but eventually that will stop when it dries.

Overall
Like I have said I dont have any wrinkles, under eye shadows or fine lines but I have definitely seen an improvement past one month using it daily. I have minor hyperpigmentation and that seems to have reduced,my skin feels softer and looks more even toned.

The Skintopia Skin belief serum retails at £44.94 and you can find out more about the ingredients and purchase at  www.skintopia.co.uk

Disclaimer: Product Sample was sent to me by PR for trial and review purposes,I was not paid to do this review and opinions are 100% my own

Review: Becca Cosmetics Mattifying Primer

Hello Chicas!

I have been using the Becca Cosmetics Mattifying primer for just over a month on a regular basis and today I will share my thoughts on it. I purchased this on Apothica through the gift certificate  issued by sponsors of Sharon's Makeup Diary ie Skincarerx

WHAT BECCA CLAIMS
BECCA Mattifying Primer, with anti-oxidant vitamin E, works to visibly improve the look and texture of the skin by smoothing fine lines and pores to create an even canvas for makeup. It helps the skin retain moisture without a greasy feel, giving a matte finish to oilier, shiny skin and extending the wear of both liquid and cream makeup

My Experience
I found that the texture of the Becca mattifying primer is similar to that of a moisturiser. It easily blended onto my skin and felt very lightweight too. I love the fact that the tube comes in a squeezable black tube making it easier to control how much product I wanted to use without wasting it

I have normal/combination skin with a somewhat oily T-Zone. I use this mainly  on my T-Zone and cheek area where I tend to have large pores.

I love this makeup primer it goes on smoothly, feels great, helps my makeup glide on easily whilst smoothing my pores and prolonging the wear of my makeup. I have also noticed my makeup stays fresh

Overall
I really recommend this primer, its one of the best I have tried to date and it even  knocks down my previous favourite ie the Giorgio Armani fluid master primer which I really liked but after 4-5hours my T-zone needed touching up considering my skin aint even oily.

Becca Mattifying  Primer would be excellent for combination and oily skin types,if you have dry skin I suggest  you stay away from this particular primer as it will dry you out (tested on drier parts of my face. This  primer  does hold makeup very well and has a mattifying effect when applied to the skin and it did not break me out

Price&Availability
You can buy this primer from SkinCareRx  with other Becca Cosmetics products and other amazing skincare products such as TOPIX, Juice Beauty Organics,SkinCeuticals, Dr Hauschka  and other various ones from their sister websites Apothica and Skinbotanica. Im sure you will  all have a great time shopping around these sites as they also carry most popular  Makeup brands

Have you tried this primer??

FOTD: Sometimes less is more!

Hello Beautiful Chicas!

Several times I get a lot of comments from family&friends saying  that I dont need to wear makeup because my skin looks good! I mean ,I am just a girl who loves makeup and its one of those things that makes me happy. I have so much fun applying different foundations, experimenting with different blushes and rocking hot lip shades from various brands and thats just me.

I have come to realise I really dont need that much makeup daily, just a touch of foundation, eyeliner, mascara, blush and lipstick and Im ready to hit the road. All the other colourful makeup looks I create just for fun to be honest. My skin is not perfect but just alright,I do my very best to keep it clear.I get the odd pimple and hormone breakout once in a while and thats just about it

This is my current everyday look but I switch up blush, foundation and lipstick depending on my mood and what coverage I want for that particular day. I love light to medium coverage foundations that dont feel heavy and clog my pores but most importantly they should give a natural finished look without looking like a mask.

Here is the look I have been rocking past for a fortnight or so

Face
YSL Perfect touch Radiant Brush foundation #10 Cinnamon

Cheeks
Becca Cosmetics creme blush Dahlia

Eyes
Ysl  Mascara Singulier
Rimmel kohl eyeliner in jet black

Lips
Iman lip pencil in Espresso
Sleek Peaches and Cream lipstick

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS LOOK
WHAT KINDA MAKEUP DO YOU WEAR DAILY?

Have a wonderful day
Stay Beautiful&Blessed
Much Love
xoxo

Nails of the week: SpaRitual Nail Lacquer in Delight

Hello Beautiful Chicas!

I have worn Delight all week which is a creamy minty sea foam green, It is such a gorgeous colour normally I stay clear of pastel minty shades but  I really love it

Delight is from the brand SpaRitual it is 100% Vegan and free of DBP, Formaldehyde, and Touene. Each shade in the SpaRitual collection was has its own unique meaning associated with the shade.

I applied Sally Hansen Daily treatment as a basecoat and one thick coat of SpaRituals in Delight. This was my first ever SpaRitual nail polish,I look foward to trying more shades as I love the consistency of the polish,it applied easily and dried fast. It lasted me a good  5days without chipping!

Where to purchase
I got this courtesy of my sponsors Skincarerx which also carries Topix and other amazing Skincare products alongside its sister sites Apothica and Skinbotanica
